Ship Times
Most of the bags on our website are custom made to order and need to allow 2-4
weeks for delivery. Our bags are made by several different artisans throughout the country
and are shipped directly by them using UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL.

 

Pricing
Shipping within the United States is a flat fee of $6.50 per order.
All international orders will be charged an additional $15.00 for shipping.

 

Returns
All Personalized Merchandise is custom made and can not be
returned unless their is an error on our part.

If you would like to return a non-personalized item, please let us know
and we'll be happy to assist you in getting a refund as long as you contact us
within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

Credit Card Billing
Please note that all orders are processed under our parent company, Ginabugs.
The charges on your credit card statement will show Ginabugs.
